Republican Rep. Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin questioned FBI Director Christopher Wray about former Special Counsel John Durham’s report regarding the FBI’s conduct while investigating Donald Trump’s campaign in 2016, with Wray admitting that he agreed with the report’s findings.
Wray was questioned by members of the House Judiciary Committee Wednesday, in a highly-anticipated hearing regarding the FBI’s investigative activities. “In the Durham Report, he said that the FBI failed to uphold strict fidelity to the law, and that predates you. Do you agree with that statement that Mr. Durham made?,” Tiffany asked Wray, to which he responded, “Yes, I do.”

Today, Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI-07), joined by seven members of Congress, introduced H.R. 3930, the Milk is Indisputably Liked by Kids Act of 2023 – or MILK Act for short.
This legislation would amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to require schools to offer flavored milk under the school lunch program.
