There’s a new bill in Congress that aims to support domestic hardwood products. Wisconsin manufacturers are hopeful it will pass through. The bill would create a Hardwood Products Access and Development Program. This program would give grants to fund research to show consumers the health and environmental benefits of products, such as flooring and cabinets.

Tom Tiffany, an original cosponsor of the legislation, said in a statement. “The Defund Davos Act would ensure that U.S. tax dollars are not funding the World Economic Forum and their reset on our way of life. I thank Congressman Perry for leading this important effort.”

On Oct. 7, Americans watched in horror as Hamas terrorists – reportedly with backing from Iran – launched an unprovoked attack on innocent Israeli civilians. This terrorist attack resulted in the slaughter of over 1,400 Israeli civilians and took nearly 250 people, including U.S. citizens, hostage. That is why destroying Hamas – a group responsible for the greatest murder of Jews in a single day since the Holocaust – is a moral imperative. All nations of goodwill should support Israel in their mission to permanently defeat Hamas.

In 1974 when the gray wolf was officially listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act, there were only about 750 wolves in the Great Lakes region. Today, it is estimated that there are over 4,000 wolves in the region, including over 1,000 in Wisconsin. Yet, even after such a successful recovery, you will still find the gray wolf listed as endangered. Why? Because urban judges and well-funded activists are able to litigate the species back on the endangered species list even after the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service used the best science and data available to delist the gray wolf from the Endangered Species Act in 2020.
