WASHINGTON, DC - Today, Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI-07) sent a letter to Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack expressing concerns of Notice 34-21 issued by the Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS). The notice would force small meat processing facilities to impose mask mandates on their employees.

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Rep. Tom Tiffany (WI-07), a member of the House Natural Resources Committee, called on Wisconsin's two senators to oppose the nomination of Tracy Stone-Manning as the Director of the Bureau of Land Management. Investigative reports recently revealed links between Ms. Stone-Manning and an eco-terrorist group, as well as ties to one of the group's tree-spiking schemes. She subsequently lied about her involvement under oath in a background check questionnaire.

Scott Fitzgerald sent a letter to all Senate Finance committee members asking them to reject President Biden's nominee for Deputy Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, Andrea Palm. The letter cites examples of incompetence and overreach during Palm's tenure and the COVID-19 pandemic.
WASHINGTON, DC – Rep. Tom Tiffany (WI-07) and Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) announced plans to introduce the Agriculture Civil Rights and Equality Act (ACRE Act), which would prohibit officials at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) from discriminating or providing preferential treatment to any person on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex. The legislation will be formally introduced Thursday.
The prohibitions would apply to USDA hiring, contracting, and programming, including programs administered by states, territories and universities using USDA funds.
