Rep. Tom Tiffany weighed in on President Biden’s press conference earlier today.
Tiffany stated that the press conference provided very little new information to the American people and expressed some concern about the White House’s level of transparency, telling WSAU “It concerns me that the President did not take any follow-up questions to fully flesh out what information the administration has.”

House Republicans are asking the FBI to investigate and report to Congress about President Biden’s appointee to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Dominic Ng, over potential Espionage Act violations, according to a new letter.
Republican Reps. Tom Tiffany (Wis.), Lauren Boebert (Colo.), Ben Cline (Va.), Doug LaMalfa (Calif.), and Keith Self (Texas) signed on to Gooden’s letter.

A Congressman from northern Wisconsin stopped in Chippewa County on Friday to talk about the proposed FARM Act.
Rep. Tom TIffany visited Custer Farms west of Chippewa Falls.
Tiffany said that the Future Agriculture Retention and Management Act, or FARM Act, would eliminate energy tax incentives, which help finance solar panels and wind arrays on agricultural lands. Tiffany said that these tax incentives would lead to the destruction of farm land.

This legislation would eliminate the market-distorting energy tax handouts that help prop up the siting of solar panels and wind arrays on agricultural lands.

A New Jersey Republican lawmaker has introduced a bill that would strip China of its trade privileges unless it took "serious" steps to improve its human rights record.
The China Trade Relations Act, or H.R. 638, was re-introduced by Rep. Chris Smith, R-N.J., and co-sponsored by Rep. Tom Tiffany, R-Wis., in January 2023.
