In 1974 when the gray wolf was officially listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act, there were only about 750 wolves in the Great Lakes region. Today, it is estimated that there are over 4,000 wolves in the region, including over 1,000 in Wisconsin. Yet, even after such a successful recovery, you will still find the gray wolf listed as endangered. Why? Because urban judges and well-funded activists are able to litigate the species back on the endangered species list even after the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service used the best science and data available to delist the gray wolf from the Endangered Species Act in 2020.

Reps. Andy Ogles (R-TN) and Tom Tiffany (R-WI) are introducing legislation that would have the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) immediately deport illegal aliens from the United States if they arrived from Palestinian-controlled regions such as Gaza. The “Evicting Violent Islamic Criminals That Entered Deviously Act” or “Evict Act,” exclusively shared with Breitbart News, would use the Immigration and Nationality Act to have DHS deport illegal aliens in the U.S. who arrived from Palestinian-controlled regions.

This week, the death toll inflicted by Iran-linked Palestinian terrorist groups in Israel climbed above 1,400. Included in that grim total are at least 31 Americans – and other U.S. citizens remain unaccounted for.

Reps. Tom Tiffany (R-WI) and Andy Ogles (R-TN) are introducing legislation that would ban President Joe Biden’s administration from importing Palestinians to the United States to be resettled in American communities. The bill, exclusively shared with Breitbart News ahead of its introduction, is titled the “Guaranteeing Aggressors Zero Admission Act” or the GAZA Act. The legislation would prevent Biden’s administration from issuing visas to those with Palestinian Authority passports. “Following the horrific attack by Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists on innocent Israeli civilians, the last thing America ought to do is trust identity documents issued by the radicals that oversee these territories,” Tiffany said in a statement. “We need to put our security at home first and that starts by closing the door to bad actors who might be seeking to enter our country.”

This week all Americans watched in horror as Hamas terrorists – allegedly with backing from Iran – launched an unprovoked attack on innocent Israeli civilians.
