Co-author Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin testified the wolf has more than recovered and needs to be taken off the Endangered Species List. He says wolf management needs to return to the states to protect people, pets, and livestock. “We need to stop the slaughter that is going on in my district, in many districts across the United States and if we don’t, we now have three threats that have been documented to humans in Wisconsin. We’re going to end up with a situation that is going to be regrettable.”

U.S. Rep. Tom Tiffany has reintroduced legislation that would eliminate most subsidies for solar and wind energy projects on farm land. The measure is titled Future Agricultural Retention and Management (FARM) Act.
Tiffany, R-Minocqua, said he doesn’t want land that is producing food to be taken out of production so it can instead produce energy.

Rep. Tom Tiffany, R-Wis., is introducing legislation on Thursday, shared first with Fox News Digital, to end federal funding of renewable subsidies for wind and solar development on agricultural lands.
The bill, titled the Future Agriculture Retention and Management (FARM) Act, would not prevent developers from building wind turbines or solar panels, but rather end the use of federal funds to encourage such projects.
